Refund Policy

Refund Fee:

  • For approved refunds, a fee of $20 will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee covers a re-check and tune of the bicycle and administrative costs associated with the refund.

Shopping Errors:

  • We donโ€™t provide a refund when you change your mind but we understand that mistakes happen, and we will strive to find a suitable solution for you.
  • In the case of shopping errors, where the customer has selected the wrong bicycle or made an incorrect purchase, please contact our customer support. info@revolverecycling.net
  • We will in the first instance offer a bike swap of equal or higher value, where the customer is responsible for paying any price difference between the original and replacement bicycles.

Conditions for processing refunds:

  • The bicycle must be returned or exchanged within a period of 15 days.
  • The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs 
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned product or upon agreement with the customer

Warranty:

  • We provide a warranty period of 6 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers mechanical defects and faults that may arise during normal use. 
  • Please note that we do not cover warranty on bike suspensions. For any suspension-related issues, we recommend contacting a specialised service provider, such as the Mountain Bike Suspension Centre. https://www.mtbsuspension.com.au/ 

Faulty Products:

  • If you purchased a redeployed bicycle that is found to be faulty or defective within the warranty period of 6 months, please contact our customer support. info@revolverecycling.net 
  • We will work with you to assess the issue, and if determined to be a mechanical defect due to normal wear and tear, we will offer a free service or replacement of the faulty bicycle at no additional cost.
